Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Santosh Kumar for the respondent No. 3 and 5 and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the claim of the petitioner for creation of additional posts of Assistant Teachers shall be duly evaluated after inspection of the institution in question and in accordance with the Government Orders and statutory provisions which apply. He further states that the exercise of consideration shall be concluded with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith a detailed representation which the petitioners may make.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
