Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.04.2015 passed in Writ-A No.22026 of 2015 (Committee of Management, J.P. Janta Inter College & Anr. v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 26.04.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
This fact has not been disputed by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been given to learned counsel for the applicant.
