Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to verification of all facts the claim of the petitioner for being granted prior permission to initiate a selection process for the appointment of an Assistant Clerk shall be duly attended to and disposed of in accordance with law and bearing in mind the report of the State Government dated 01 February 2016 submitted in terms of the direction issued by the High Court in Dhruv Narain Singh Vs. State of U.P.. He states that a final decision shall be communicated within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
