The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Joint Director of Education, Moradabad Region, Moradabad and Regional Level Committee (constituted under the Government Order dated 19.12.2000) may decide the reference made by the District Inspector of Schools, Amroha on 23.2.2018 within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The matter is remitted back to the respondent No.2-Regional Level Committee through its Chairman, Joint Director of Education, Moradabad Region, Moradabad.
A writ of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent No.2-Regional Level Committee through its Chairman, Joint Director of Education, Moradabad Region, Moradabad to decide the reference in question within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The order shall be passed after giving due opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
