The petitioner is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.21711 of 2018 (Committee of Management, Harjinder Nagar Inter College, Harjinder Nagar, Kanpur Nagar & Anr. v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 26.04.2019 sent by the Director of Education (Secondary), U.P. Lucknow have been filed by learned counsel for opposite parties intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
