Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Petitioners claims to be the Committee of Management of various primary pathshala.
The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent no.2 is not disbursing the salary of teachers of the Primary Pathshala in pursuance of Government Order dated 08.07.2021 and 02.08.2021 of Joint Secretary, U.P. Government.
Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioners Primary Schools are not on grant in aid.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are entitled to get benefit of Government Order dated 08.07.2021 and 02.08.2021, therefore, the respondents' contention is against the record.
Be that as it may, the controversy is factual in nature, therefore, this Court finds appropriate to permit each of the petitioner to file separate comprehensive representations before the respondent no.2-Director Social Welfare and Panchayat Raj Lucknow alongwith the certified copy of this order raising all grievances within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months thereafter.
