JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is an application with a prayer to take necessary action against respondent no. 6, who filed forged and fabricated document before this Court.
On 15.7.2014 Sri Preet Pal Singh, learned counsel for the respondents was granted two weeks' time to file reply to the affidavit, but no reply has been filed. Sri Preet Pal Singh is not present.
List this case on 8.10.2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall inform to Sri Preet Pal Singh about this order in writing. By the next date fixed, he may file reply to the affiavit.
On the next date, the name of Sri P.H. Vashishtha may correctly be shown in the cause list in place of Sri P.N. Vashishtha, as counsel for the petitioner.
