Gaurav Kumar Chand, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner (Committee of Management, Gorakhpur Cricket Association) is aggrieved that the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association, Kanpur is not providing affiliation to the petitioners association and for that certain representations are pending. However, there is no proof that the said representations are received by the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association, Kanpur.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case any representation is pending or fresh representation is filed the respondent no.3, is at liberty to take appropriate decision.
It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case.
