Heard Sri Kartikey Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Petitioners claim that the institution is entitled for non recurring grant. The petitioners institution has made an application in this regard to respondent no. 2.
Interest of justice will be subserved by directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioners for release of non recurring grant strictly in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a computer generated copy of this order, downloaded from the official website of the High Court Allahabad alongwith a copy of the representation as aforesaid and supporting documents, if any.
The Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
The Court has not gone into the veracity of the assertions made in the writ petition nor has the claim of the petitioner been judged on merits. It is for the competent authority to do so after independent application of mind in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
