The instant writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of order dated 14.9.2018 directing single operation of the accounts.
Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the said order has now been revoked by the District Inspector of Schools by passing an order dated 3.10.2018. He, therefore, seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy in reference to the said order in which certain adverse observations have also been made against the petitioners.
The prayer made is allowed. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
