Sri Rajesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, has limited grievance that the objections filed by the petitioners in regard to to maintainability of the review application to review the order dated 24.09.2020 passed by the Regional Level Committee are not considered till date.
There is no justification to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Regional Level Committee that while considering the review application, the objections filed by the petitioners on the issues of maintainability of the review application, shall also be considered and appropriate decision will be taken.
