Each one of the respondents is accorded six weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within next two weeks.

It is made clear that mere inviting counter affidavit in no way would be treated that entertainment of writ petition after 30 years has been accepted, and the requisite order would be passed after pleadings are exchanged.
