Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners C/M Fazal E Rehmania Inter College Thru Manager And Anr. with a prayer to quash the FIR of case crime No. 537 of 2011 under sections 467, 468, 409, 463, 471, 420, 120-B IPC and section 13(1) read with section 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act 1988, P.S. pachperwa, District Lucknow.
From the perusal of the FIR it appears that petitioners are having no concerned with the impugned FIR. The prayer sought for issuing the direction to the authority concerned may not be issued. Such prayer is refused.
Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
