1. Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for petitioner.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner has stated that there are some subsequent developments in this matter, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
3. Learned Standing Counsel representing respondents-1 to 5 and Sri H.P. Sahi, learned counsel for respondent-6 have no objection to the said request.
4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
