Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contends that election dated 10.8.2013 electing Sri Narayan Dutt Awasthi, respondent no.4, as Manager (Annexure-1) is illegal. The signatures of Narayan Dutt Awasthi have been verified, which action of respondents is required to be quashed.

The petitioner has been confronted with provisions of Section 25(1) of the Societies Registration Act 1860.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners conteneds that he would be satisfied, if a reference on the issue is made by Registrar to the Prescribed Authority. The Prescribed authority, however, has not been impleaded as respondent in this petition.

Let the relevant necessary parties be impleaded.
