JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the impugned order is in violation of the findings recorded by this Court in Writ Petition No. 29572 of 2010 by which this Court has directed the State Government to pass a fresh order.
Let the Secretary, Basic Education, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow may file his personal affidavit in this regard within four weeks.
