JUDGMENT / ORDER

As Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 37759 of 2009 has already been dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution and prayer has been made to permit the petitioners to operate the accounts of the institution in question under the joint signature of the Manager as well as Treasurer, as such in this regard it is hereby directed that authority would be free to proceed in accordance with law.
With the above direction present writ petition is disposed of.
