The only prayer made by Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the State Government under Section 37 (11) of the U.P. State Universities Act, 1973.
Due to bonafide misconceived legal advice the petitioner did not approach the correct statutory authority.
It is open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the State Government under Section 37(11) of the U.P. State Universities Act, 1973 within a period of one month. In case, such appeal is filed, the State Government shall decide the appeal without going into the question of delay.
The writ petition is disposed of.
