Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though papers relating to the selection of one Assistant Teacher in the institution had been forwarded to the District Basic Education Officer on 27.6.2018 but no decision has been taken till date.
In the opinion of the Court, the matter requires scrutiny at the end of the District Basic Education Officer. The petitioner is also directed to further file a comprehensive list of documents pursuant to the selection in question before the District Basic Education Officer within period of six weeks from today. In the event such documents are submitted before the District Basic Education Officer, he shall proceed in the matter to examine the correctness of the selection and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within further period of six weeks.
Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
