The order impugned is not revisable in view of the Full Bench decision in the case of Jupiter Chit Fund Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Dwarika Diesh Dayal and others, AIR 1979, All 218.
The revision is therefore, not maintainable and is accordingly, dismissed.
