Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer for a direction to the Addl. Director of Education, Allahabad, U.P. to decide the representations of the petitioners dated 18.12.2017 and 27.12.2017 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the Addl. Director of Education, Allahabad, U.P. to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
