On the matter being taken up today, Sri Gautam Baghel, informs the Court that election has been disapproved by the Vice Chancellor, in exercise of authority under Section 2(13) of the U.P. State Universities Act, 1973, subsequent to passing of the aforesaid order, order to the similar effect has also been passed by Assistant Registrar, Firms Societies and Chits, Jhansi Region Jhansi. In this background learned counsel for the petitioner submits that said order is also required to be challenged before this Court, and requests that present writ petition be dismissed with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the same subject and for questioning the validity of the order passed by Assistant Registrar.
Request made is accepted. Present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
