JUDGMENT / ORDER

Counter affidavit has been filed today by Sri A.Z. Khan on behalf of respondent no. 4. The same is taken on record.
Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed three days' time to file rejoinder affidavit.
Sri A.Z. Khan, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submits that another WP-C No. 3994 of 3013 has been filed in this Court against the order dated 31.5.2013 which is under challenge in the present petition. He submits that in that writ petition, affidavits have been exchanged between the parties.
In view of the above, list this case on 19.9.2014 alongwith WP -C No. 3994 of 3013 disclosing the full details of the parties as well as their respective counsel.
