Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State and Sri Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction for calling for the records of the case and quashing of the order dated 4.6.2020 passed by the Joint Director of Education, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh.
Sri Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners informs that some inadvertent mistakes have crept in and filing of amendment application may also be required. He, therefore, submitted that in the interest of justice he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file fresh petition so that all the defects, shortcomings etc. may be removed while filing fresh petition.
Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
It is made clear that when fresh petition is filed counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply copy of the petition on Sri Kunal Ravi Singh before filing of the petition.
With the aforesaid observation, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
