Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By means of the instant petition, petitioners seek the following relief:
"A) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus for issuance of directions, directing the respondent no. 3 to appoint election officer for conducting election of committee of management Janta Vaidik Inter College, Bahawadi, Shamli as per scheme of administration and memorandum of association of the society."
Learned Standing Counsel, at the outset, fairly submitted that the third respondent, District Inspector of Schools, Shamli, shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order on being approached.
In view thereof, on consent, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the third respondent, District Inspector of Schools, Shamli, raising all his grievance. In case, such an application is filed within one month from today annexing therewith a copy of this order, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate order, thereon, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously preferably within three months, thereafter.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim of the petitioners on merits.
