Learned counsel for the petitioner is ready to take steps to serve respondent no.2 by 16.11.2010. If it is so done then the case shall be listed for admission before appropriate Court in top ten case on 07.12.2010. By the said date learned standing counsel representing respondent no.1 shall also file counter affidavit mentioning therein as to why detailed reasons have not been given in the impugned order even though through earlier order passed by this Court copy of which is Annexure 15 respondent no. 1 was directed to give reasons. The precise grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner's case has not been considered in the impugned order.
Application for interim relief will be considered on the next date even if counter affidavit is not filed by the respondent.
Office is directed to supply a copy of this order free of cost to Sri S.P. Misra, learned standing counsel today.
