Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the order of the Vice-Chancellor disapproving the committee of management of the petitioners has been stayed by this Court vide order dated 6.1.2012 in Writ Petition No. 71190 of 2011. The impugned order for the single operation has been passed without giving any opportunity.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List along with the Writ Petition No. 71190 of 2011.
Till the next date of listing, the operation of the order dated 11.1.2012 passed by the Director of Higher Education, U.P., Allahabad, Annexure-21 of the writ petition, shall remain stayed.
