Present petition has been filed for quashing the impugned orders dated 03.08.2017 and 06.11.2017 respectively passed by the respondent no. 2 (respectively filed as Annexure Nos. 15 and 22 to this writ petition).
At the very outset, Sri Bheem Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. He further submitted that a copy of the withdrawal application in connected Writ- C No. 47150 of 2017 pending between the same parties has alredy been served on Sri Devendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents as well as on Sri I.S. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents in the connected petition.
In such view of the matter, present petition also stands dismissed as withdrawn.
