After some argument, counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to seek review of order dated 26.4.2017, as according to the petitioners, the State Government is not considering the request of the petitioners for providing grant-in-aid to their institutions on the ground that Government Order dated 27.10.2016 is not applicable.
The prayer made is allowed.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioners.
