JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3. Sri Ashok Khare assisted by Sri P.N. Ojha appears for the alleged committee of management through its alleged Manager Sri AK Agarwal who has been impleaded by a separate order dated 9.9.2014 passed on Impleadment Application dated 8.9.2014.
They pray for and are allowed two weeks' time to file counter affidavit. One-week thereafter is allowed for rejoinder affidavit. By the next date, the petitioner will also file affidavit bringing on record the bye-laws under which the Institution in question is managed.
List this petition for admission on 9.10.2014. On that date prayer for interim order will also be considered.
