On the basis of instructions dated 28.5.2019 sent by District Inspector of Schools, Gorakhpur, Sri Apurva Hajela, learned Standing Counsel, requisite compliance has been made on behalf of the opposite party no.1. The same has been duly communicated to the opposite party no. 2 and every endeavour would be made to comply with the order of Writ Court at the earliest. Copy of the instruction is taken on record.
Once the categorical averment has been made, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present contempt application pending consideration and the same stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to comply with the order of Writ Court within two weeks from today.
