The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.11.2012 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.59149 of 2012 (C/M, Adarsh Vadik Madhyamik Vidyalay Kunwakhera And Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Shri Vijay Shankar Prasad, learned Standing Counsel that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
