The grievance of the petitioners i.e. Committee of Management, Adarsh Inter College Ummedpur, District Etah in the present writ petition relates to the permission for appointment of the post of Class III in the institution.
The petitioners may submit a representation before the District Inspector of Schools, Etah bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who shall pass appropriate orders and take appropriate steps in accordance with law on the said representation filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is served before him along with the representation.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
