"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 23.1.2021 passed by respondent no.3 (Annexure No.10 to the writ petition).
ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to approve the election of committee of management, which was held on 20.9.2020."
Shri Satyendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that verification of the list of Members will be verified by calling a record from the Head Office at Allahabad, within a period of two weeks and thereafter appropriate order be passed, in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for petitioners has no objection if the present writ petition be disposed of on the basis of above submissions.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
