Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to District Inspector of Schools, Mathura-third respondent to communication and forward the application/ representations dated 5.2.2018, 26.2.2018 and 12.03.2018 to the Director of Education (Secondary) U.P. at Lucknow-second respondent as submitted by the petitioner-committee of management for grant of prior permission to fill up the vacant post of Assistant Clerk in the petitioner institution and for a direction to second respondent to take final decision in the matter.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the respondents to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
