Committee of Management of various educational Institutions have filed the instant writ petition seeking a direction to respondent No. 3 to pass order on their application seeking recognition of their Institutions under the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act,2009.
Sri B.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 states that in case, the applications are still pending, the same shall be decided within three months.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 to decide the applications, if not already decided, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
