Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court on 14.07.2011, the original certificates which are detained by the 3rd respondent were released and accordingly, the petitioner joined in the MBBS course and therefore, no further orders are required in the writ petition.
Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
