JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
