… Respondents THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.38994 OF 2012 O R D E R It is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the respondents that the issue raised in this writ petition has already fallen for consideration in a batch of cases and has been decided in favour of the petitioners therein who were similarly placed to the petitioner herein. The common order dated 07.03.2013 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.20102 of 2011 and batch is placed on record.
2. In terms of the aforesaid order the respondents are directed to engage the services of the petitioner continuously without effecting any artificial breaks so long as it is felt necessary for engaging his services without resorting to engaging the services of freshers.
3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
