JUDGMENT This appeal has been filed on 26.9.2015. in spite of grant of sufficient time, office objections are not complied with. On 14.02.2017, finally a week’s time is granted to comply with the office objections, failing which, the matter was ordered to be posted for orders on 27.02.2017.
2. As on today also, the office objections are not complied with and the appeal is coming up before this Court for the sixth time for non-compliance of the office objections.
3. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non compliance of the office objections.
