JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a review petition before the Inspector General of Registration and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

rg 2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file a review petition before the Inspector General of Registration and if any review petition is filed, the same shall be considered and decided on merits and in accordance with law by the Inspector General of Registration. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
