The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 28.07.2017 seeking the appointment of fit person for the administration of the Arulmighu Ayyanar @ Sri Vaiykari Andavar Temple and its land situate at Vaiylappadi Village & Post, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
4. Mr.M.Maharaja learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2017 in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated28.07.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
