2. The petitioner has challenged the impugned notice dated 26.05.2005, i.e., the Enquiry under Sec.81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983.
3. The first respondent has filed the counter affidavit stating that the Enquiry officer has completed the enquiry on 10.06.2005 and submitted the report to the first respondent on 18.6.2005 as per Rule 104(6) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules 1988.
4. In view of the statements made in the counter affidavit, nothing survives in the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
