2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has produced an order dated 30.11.2016 passed in M.C.No.21 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pandalur, which reads as follows:
"Petitioner and R1 present. R2 and R3 absent. Petition u/s.317 Crpc filed and allowed memo filed by the petition to withdraw the petition. Petition examined as witness and perused the materials alongwith memo are satisfied. The petitioner and respondent No.1, are settled the matter out of Court and this petition is dismissed as withdrawn."
2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
