ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings in Ref.No.C/905/2014, dated 07.10.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) appearing for the respondents placed before the Court a copy of proceedings in Ref.C/1132/2014, dated 24.11.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has withdrawn the impugned proceedings and restored the petitioner’s authorisation.
In view of the said subsequent event, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.39851 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
