JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed an affidavit of Undertaking before this Court wherein in para 3, he seeks one year time to vacate the premises and also undertakes that the petitioner will vacate the premises within one year or within a time as fixed by this Court.
2 The learned counsel for the respondent objected for grant of one year time to vacate the premises. However, he submit that the respondent has no objection for vacating the premises within a period of 10 months from 1st July, 2017.
3 The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes before this Court that the petitioner will vacate the demised premises on or before 30.4.2018.
4 Recording the undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner and also undertaking given by the petitioner to vacate the premises on or before 30.4.2018, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of on the above terms. The Undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner shall form part of the order. Further, the petitioner is directed to pay the rent to the respondent on or before 10th day of succeeding calender month.
The Civil Revision petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
