This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to file final report in Crime No.16 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent R.MAHADEVAN, J.
KM submitted that the enquiry would be completed by the first respondent, within a period of three months and final report will be filed thereafter, before the concerned Court.
3. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry and file final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
