THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 14188 of 2014 ORDER :
The petitioner alleges that he was not paid compensation and no alternative land is given to him on account of acquisition of his land to an extent of Ac.0.35 cents in Survey No.1961-1A, 1961-2A and 1961-3D, Anantapuram town, Anantapuram district. Petitioner claims to have submitted representations on 28.1.2014 and 24.12.2013 but so far no orders are passed.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that direction be issued to the respondents for expeditious disposal of the representations submitted by the petitioner.
3. Having regard to the submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law on the representations submitted by the petitioner on 28.1.2014 and 24.12.2013 within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
