This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in charging Rs.2,40,000/- from the petitioner towards Tuition Fees per annum for MBBS course as illegal, arbitrary, and declare all admissions given vide NTR University of Health Sciences dt. 30.09.2014 as null and void and consequently direct the 1st respondent to refund Rs.2,30,000/- paid in excess towards Tuition fees by the petitioner to the 1st respondent by directing the respondent not to collect more than Rs.10,000/- per annum from the petitioner as Tuition Fees for MBBS course and direct the 1st respondent to issue fresh notification for admission into the colleges giving opportunity to all the candidates whether joined MBBS or not pursuant to earlier notification.”
After arguing the case, Mr.M.Satyanarayana Goud, learned Counsel representing Mr.K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh one with proper and better affidavit containing relevant pleadings.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.37597 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
