ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.1158/2014/B dated 16.08.2014 of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization pending enquiry.
A perusal of the record shows that by order dated 09.10.2014, this Court has allowed W.P.No.29363 of 2014 filed questioning the order of suspension of the petitioner therein, which contains more or less identical grounds.
For the same reasons as mentioned in the said order, the impugned order is set aside and the writ petition is allowed with the direction that the reasons contained in the said order shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to the allowing of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45477 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
